This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for online payments made towards appointment consultation fees.

This policy is applicable only for payments made through the official website or online booking system of Ora Care Dental.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for consultation appointment fees paid online through the official website of Ora Care Dental.

A patient will be eligible for a 100% refund only if the appointment is cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of booking
• If the patient does not attend the appointment
• If the payment is made at the clinic (offline payment)
• If payment is made for any treatment procedure
• If the appointment has already been completed

Refunds are only applicable on consultation booking fees and not on treatment charges.

Cancellation Policy

Patients can cancel their appointment by contacting Ora Care Dental through phone or email.

A patient will be eligible for a 100% refund only if the appointment is cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

If the cancellation request is received after 24 hours, the amount will not be refunded.

Ora Care Dental reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the patient will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling option.

Appointment Date

Payment Screenshot / Transaction ID
